Limitations of Employee Dimension in Workforce

Dear experts,

Any feedback on the below queries based on your experience would be greatly appreciated. I couldn't find any documentation online/Oracle support as a guideline.

1. Is there any limit on the number of employees that can be created under the employee dimension?

2. If we have more than 10k employees in the application, how does it impact the performance?

3. Are there any best practices to plan workforce data  - plan at an employee group level or at individual employee level?
