Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Transactions with Zero Balance have a status of 'Open"

I assumed that a transaction that was fully applied , would have status of Closed?

This in Ebus 11.5.10.2 Version.
