Can not transfer Work Order related expenditures into Projects.

Can not transfer Work Order related expenditures into Projects. WO was created with Project and Task.

Related move order was processed but it generated a WIP Issue transaction without Expenditure Type and Expenditure org (Project and Task are in place).

Then cost collection program was run (from the same Inv org) and accounting was created and Import Transactions was run from projects.

But no expenditures have been transferred into projects. How can I resolve this issue?
