Q regarding Customer Master records in LoB processing

Hi, I have a Q. We are implementing AR LoB processing in a new JDE 9.1 implementation. We have done data conversion already but while doing that when we converted a customer record for Co 06000, system also created a customer master record for Co 00000. Could you please help me understand the implications of it?
