Essbase Cube copy not allowing more connections

When we do BSO Essbase cube copy using MaxL Create or replace command then whole connections get used and it doesnt allow any more conenctions to the server.
Excel add-in, EAS console, Smartview all are not responding to conenct Essbase.

Whether cube copy needs more AGENTHREADS & SERVERTHREADS resources?
seperating the SERVERTHREAD specific to application would help?

Current Config:
AGENTTHREADS 40
SERVERTHREADS 200

Essbase.cfg: whether below is allowed in configuration file?

AGENTHREADS 40
SERVERTHREADS APP1 500
SERVERTHREADS APP2 400
SERVERTHREADS APP3 300
SERVERTHREADS 200 (or) SERVERTHREADS xxxxx 200
