Dear Team,

When apllying patch below error are appeared.

Errors:

   FAILED: file FND_AFPASSWD.ldt on worker  1 for product fnd username APPS.

Deferred: file FND_AFPASSWD.ldt on worker  1 for product fnd username APPS.               (Deferment number 2 for this job)

Assigned: file FND_AFPASSWD.ldt on worker  1 for product fnd username APPS.

Program completed successfully

   FAILED: file FND_AFPASSWD.ldt on worker  1 for product fnd username APPS.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file FND_AFPASSWD.ldt on worker  1.

The file US_FND_AFPASSWD_ldt.log.  shows
