Unable to see the Action Buttons on Work Request Notification for Few Custom Responsibilities

Hi,

I am unable to see the Action Buttons on Work Request Notification from Custom Responsibility. Though i am able to see the buttons from few custom responsibilities but for few responsibilities it is not showing the Action buttons to approve , reject the work request.

I thoroughly check the Menu's and Functions and there is no difference from standard and custom Menu's , just a name change...

Any idea what went wrong !
