Cannot find the application when trying to convert from classic to EPMA

Hi,

I am trying to convert a classic HFM application to EPMA, however, I cannot find it from the application list summarized by the wizard.

I am sured that the application is registered and I can see the applications in share service.

For more information, our planning and HFM are installed on seperate servers.

Anyone have a clue?
