Heartbeat table /Trigger/ Sequence for SQL*Server

Has anybody implemented the heartbeat process as documented in

, but with the target as a SQL*Server database ?

If so could you show the equivalent create statements for the table, trigger and sequence (if needed).

Struggling to make the conversion
