Configuring Oracle Forms, Reports and Discoverer in High availability

Hello:

I need to install  Oracle Forms, Oracle  Report  and Oracle  Discoverer and  configure  them in high availability in two Windows  2008  R2   Servers,  I wonder  whether anyone  could give me a hand by  answering the  following  questions  for me:..

1.  I  have  downloaded  the  installer  for  Forms  11.1.2.0.0.  and it  comes  with  Report  but  nor  with  Discoverer,  the installer  for Oracle Portal  comes  with  Portal, Forms, report  and  discoverer,  which is the  correct  procedure 

     a. Run  form and  report  Installer  and  then  run  discoverer  installer ...

     b.  Run  the installer for Portal, Forms, Reports and Discover  and  only  configure Forms  Report and  Discoverer
