how to fix GL Budget year last period ? budget balances are not available for last period!

how to fix GL Budget year last period ? budget balances are not available for last period!, we have by mistake enterd 12-2014 as last period of budget year, while our actual Fiscal Calander last period is 13-2014. now when we query or pass adjustment jvs in 13-2014 period, there is no budget figures are available... any data fix avaiable for this issue?
