Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have some transactions on the PA_EXPENDITURES_ITEMS_ALL table that are not reflected on the PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_ACTUALS.

What process updates this table (PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_ACTUALS)?
