Project Set up - End dating Task caution message

When end dating a task or removing an end date from a task in R12, we get the following caution message:.

Caution: If you change the start date of the completion date for a task, you must baseline task level busgets associated with the project. Do you want to change the date?

Given that we do not budget at the the task level, this message is very annoying when adjusting 100s of task end dates.

Can this message be removed?
