Labor Costing not picking up items created in Expenditure Batch Screen

Hi,

We are creating an Expenditure batch for an Employee (Timecards).

This Employee is using Job Schedule rate and has the effective rates for the hours he has entered in the Expenditure batch.

When we run PRC:Distribute labor cost program for only this Employee, the item is not picked.

The ouput says no data exist.

Any pointers on this would be helpfull.
