How to send notification to third party/ customer contact in Service Contracts ?

Hi

I need to send notification to third party contact that was mentioned in contract header. I think seeded workflow (Contract approval process) will send notification only to vendor contact and creator of the contract.

Can some body please explain how can I customize the work flow to send notification to third party contact email when ever contract is created or approved?
