State unemployement mis-calculated

Our tax account thought he changed our State unemployment experience rate and wage limit but did not.   Now after first quarter this situation is discovered and payroll has not been accumulating at the correct rate.  Additionally employees have also met the wage limit in the first quarter.  Are balances adjustments the only option we have for repairing employee balances for state unemployment accumulation?
