Fix for bug 18331009

  Bug 18331009  - S10 showing same wild "swap -s" reserved swap values as  bug 16971776

Does anyone have a work around for this, I have my swap set to 600+GB and 130 GB of real memory on the M8000.

The databases are hanging because of excessive swapping. I have open tickets to Oracle support on the OS side and a databases ticket for the same issue.
