HsvDataSource Memory Consumption Issue

This is a weird issue I found.  This is a EPM/HFM/FDM/FR 11.1.2.2.305 MS-SQL environment.

We have three EPMA HFM applications and typically these applications will consume several GB worth of memory in the hsvdatasource process.  It's been like this for years.

Yesterday I was reviewing the servers and noticed the hsvdatasource processes on my development and quality systems is only consuming 6-10KB of memory, typically I see 3-10GB depending on the application.

The unusual part is when the services are first starting you can see the hsvdatasource processes consume lots of memory 3+GB, like normal and then all of a sudden the memory drops to 6-10KB and stays there.
