How reallocate primary online redolog files

Hi, we want to reallocate the primary redo log files on primary server, the DG will remain with the same configuration. Please, could you let me know if we need to resync the control file, we are not using db_*convert parameters due we have the primary in raw devices and dataguard in filesystem.
So, we are wondering if is enough to cancel the recovery process and change the standby_file_management to manual in DG before to recreate the redo logfile on primary.
