Unable to run somesome localization related VAT reports in Upgraded instance R12.1.3

  hi we have an issue, currently we are getting upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3.

as part of upgrade some of the standard programs like

1.    Spanish Input VAT Journal Report(1)

2.    ECE Payables VAT Register

are not working in R12. can any one suggest or guide how to make them work in R12 as the set of parameters are changed.

basically we need to retain the same parameters as is from 11i and then use these reports.

else what is the recommended approach for these reports as they are related to localizations.
