Blobs with Uncommon Characters in Filename

G'day,

We are having an issue with Blob fields that has characters like the single quote in the filename.

When it gets published to the destination, they end up as question marks and thus the link between MungoBlobs and the filesystem is broken.

It also causes problems for Vanity URLs. There are no problems inserting it into the database, but at a publish when it needs to read from it, it fails like this.

I already logged it with Support as well.
