How to export list of targets to text file

How can I export a list of targets in EM to a text file? I have about 700 targets that I need to remove that are in a metric error state. I want to get a list of them to a text file so I can use emcli to remove them. I went to Targets -> All Targets in the web interface and narrowed that down to a list, but I can't find a button to click to export.
