The demand for ship from-ship to will not be inserted as quantity is zero after reconciliation

When RLM Schedule Processed successfully,  Demand processor is throughing below warning and lines are not created into order.

Schedule Date : 02-APR-2015

Lines not created for 20-MARCH-15 and 27-MARCH-2015 and 03-APR-15 with below warning.

Warning :: The demand 70000 for ship from-ship to-customer item ROX-AG-1089-347403 on request date 20-MAR-15 (Original Customer Request Date 20-MAR-15) will not be inserted as quantity is zero after reconciliation (Schedule Line 4). Additional Matching At

Can Anyone Help me to understand the issue. Thanks in Advance !!
