EPC Segment Definition Not Found message in Work centre

Hi Team,

Can you please suggest how can  i bypass this message to go to Work center and employee mail  .

I am getiing this message when i am confirming Pack data application using p4620,i am getting this message even i tuned off the serial number option.

This message is not populating in front end  but i am getting 100s of mail & Work centre messages everyday.
