Forms CPU Apr2015 question

We have Oracle Forms, Reports and OHS 11.1.1.7 installed on a Linux 64 machine. I was looking under CPU Apr2015 note the patches recommended for our product version. It has the below section.

Oracle Identity Management 11.1.1.7 home

Oracle Identity Access Management 11.1.1.7 home

Oracle Web Tier 11.1.1.7 home

Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer 11.1.1.7 home

Before patching an Oracle Database Server, you might need to patch the Database 11.1.0.7 client in the Fusion Middleware home. Before installing the applicable patches, see Note 1493990.1, Patching for CVE-2012-3137

Our database is on different machine and it is 11.2.0.4.

Regarding the above note what do I have install? Do I need to install Client patch for 11.1.1.7? If yes which patch? Can someone clarify?
