Patch 20640319 ORA-20001: Synonym does not point to a seed data table: FND_COMPILED_DESCRIPTIVE_FLEX

Hi,

There is error when online patch 20640319 in R12.2.4 Vision demo environment, please find my findings below, any advise?

 

1) adop phase=prepare (success)

 

2) adop phase=apply patches=20640319 (failed)
