Email Response issue in Siebel

Hi Team, 

This is regarding the email response functionality of siebel. As configured by siebel, We also receive emails in incoming foder and then comes siebel application. We faced one issue recently. Here is a quick summary. 

1. Emails were properly integrating with siebel

2. <Issue Happens> DATA tablespace got full and due to which emails could not process and started accumulating in incoming folder

3. We increased the tablespace size with the help of DBA team and restarted siebel mail application server

4. But emails during affected period did not process at all (can see all txt files inside incoming folder)

5. However new emails were proerly getting intergrated. No issues with new emails.
