Oracle Communications Session Monitor/Palladion discussions

Hello all,

I was going through the community and found that there are hardly 1-2 questions related to Palladion/OCOM/OCSM ( Oracle Communications Session Monitor/ Oracle Communications Operations Monitor).

I encourage everyone who are using Palladion/OCSM to post their queries in this community under the space Communications Industry -> Acme Packet -> Genral Acme Packet -> Session monitoring ( category ).

All the Palladion/OCOM engineers have visibility to this and we will get it answered as fast as possible.

If your issue requires lots of investigation and troubleshooting then the recommended way is to open a SR with Oracle Customer Support Representative.
