How to show several addresses on account detail form applet

Hi all,

we have a customer business requirement to show all the addresses details in a form applet.

Let me give you an example:

We have "customer A" that has 3 addresses: Company address, Delivery address and Mail address (NOT Email);

They'd like to see those 3 addresses in the same form applet.

Do you have a smart and clever solution to achieve that?
