How to create floating rate in Interest Rate Schedule

Hello experts MOSC,

Please help me! 

We review the note <R12 How Does Interest Calculation Work In Cash Management? (Doc ID 553493.1>.

This note describes how to create interest rate schedule and set up fixed interest rate for fixed basis or step basis.

But we need create floating rate for cases when a rate depends on State Bank rate or average monthly Ledger Balance?
