Shrink zpool size

Dear All,

I created a zpool with 500GB (5* 100GB) LUN's and created file system for 500GB. Now I would like to take it back 2 unused disks from the pool. In this case How do I can make sure that the disk which I removing doesn't have any data or it won't impact file system ?

Is there any other way ? Please help me
