Chinese characters at SO entry

Hi All,

Is anyone experienced Chinese characters getting defaulted at SO detail entry, for us this is causing almost twice a week either in sales or purchase order entry. Mainly defaulting at the UDC fields. Please share how this is gets defaults and can I get rid of it. Usually our customer service team do enter orders on phone so this is very annoying for them while crating orders, please help.
