How to Delete Measure Component (Minor) in RPAS Configuration Tools?

The remove component is disabled when I select the minor component that I want to delete. I am not using this component in any rule or workbook, but still I am unable to remove this component from the configuration.

Please can someone suggest as to how I may find if a particular component is being used somewhere in the configuration?
