Intercompany in different currencies

Hello we are using r12.1.3.

We will start using AGIS asap. Is it possible to create intercompany transactions in differents currencies?

I saw the AGIS setup and only allow one currency, but we usually create manual intercompany AR and AP invoices in diffente currencies, depend of the receptor.

Is that possible? Can I define more than one intercompany currency?
