RMAN Error: DB Not Mounted

Oracle Version and  Release:

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production    

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production                                          

CORE 11.2.0.3.0 Production                                                        

TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production                                  

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

Linux Version and Release:     Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5.11

Problem:

When I go to RMAN, I get the following message:

connected to target database : Dummy (not mounted).

Our DB name is not Dummy. How do I mount our DB and bring RMAN to normal status?   Please see attached screenshot as well
