upgrade standart edition one version from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2

Dear All,

We have Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production installed on a Linux 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 x86_64 platform.

We need to upgrade to the latest version of Oracle Standart edition one, and as far as we see it is the 12.1.0.2 version.

Can you please update us with the steps we need to follow, in order to upgrade to the latest version?
