Expense Participation - Tenant's share of expenses needs to be on a property (not building level).

We have a properties made up of several buildings (business units).  The R1532 appropriately displays the expenses from both business units (MCU) in the property (MCUS) and I would expect the class total calculated would be used in the generation of the lease's class exposure but it is not.  The calculation is only pulling expenses from the home business unit (MCU) and not the property (MCUS).

  • CM on the lease = P.
  • EP class is set up with an asterisk in the lease building and account building. 
  • Generation is run by MCUS
  • Class history in the batch shows the correct expenses for both business units
