ODA 2.7 : Can we apply latest PSU /CPU patches

Hi ,

We have a ODA 2.7 machine.  I am new to ODA machines.   Can we apply latest PSU patches for oracle database?   Here is the details

The latest CPU available is Database 11.2.0.3.14 PSU Patch 20299017.    Can we upgrade the oracle home/db directly ?
