late charges calculation on Settled invoice

Hello,

I have issue that We have record invoice in month of Jan and Settled in same month but when i run late charge program, system does not calculate charges. How can system calculate ?

For Example:

Invoice Date : 01-Jan-2015

Payment term : Immediate

Settled date is 25 Jan-2015.

When i run late charges program on 31-Jan-2015, System does not calculate late charges for this invoice. How possible to fix it ?
