Using Constraint Based Planning with the option Enforce Capacity Constraints turned on, I have a pro

This plan is running where there are not enough resource hours to cover the planned requirements. For the first several weeks, it plans the Required Hours to met Available Hours. Then when I set up a week off (zero available hours), the next weekly bucket has less Required Hours than Available Hours. And the following weeks and months drop off to zero except for the last monthly bucket where it seems to dump all of the remaining hours as one lump sum. Instead of distributing what it can in prior months that have available hours.

Do I have to set a profile option? Bug?
