Suggested Due Date in ASCP more than Scheduled Ship Date on Sales Order

We are on 12.2.3 and using unconstrained ASCP

We have a sales order with scheduled ship date of 28-sep-2015 but the suggested due date and suggested ship date in ASCP for this sales order are showing as 02-Oct-2015 .The old due date is 28-sep-2015 same as the scheduled ship date on the sales order There are no exceptions and the action on the sales order is none.

Would anyone know why ASCP is showing suggested due date later than scheduled ship date in ASCP?
