OJVM patch on Oracle R12

Hi All

We are on Oracle R12.1.3

DB on 11.2.0.3 (2-node RAC on ASM)

OS : AIX 6.1

After apply latest PSU(19971343) and OJVM(19877443 patches on DB , when we try to change our GUEST user, password in the application

GUEST password was not changing and was giving following error in the autoconfig log file (though the final feedback messages says it completed normal)

Unable to update GUEST_USER_PWD in database to GUEST/ORACLE - Password was not changed

Tried following Note 1673030.1 , but was unsuccessful.

Finally rollback OJVM patch , it started working.

This issue happens in all instances , where we try to change the GUEST password.
