withdraw expense report features updates which records and fields

Hi All,

Please assist in below query:

Whenever an Employee withdrawns submitted Expense Report , which records and fields get updated.

We  need a report to identify all the reports which are withdrawn in the system at any point of time (irrespective of it's current status):

1. Report#

2. Withdrawn date

3. withdrawn by

we are on application version 9.2
