Oracle PMS - Development Plan

Please share any solution given for Individual Development Plan.

Requirement:
1) Duration is not same for entire population. (We can not have multiple plans as for each employee plan duration is different)
2) Only Objectives are set.
3) Tracking is required. (Something similar as View and Track Objectives).

We thought of standard appraisal option but seems tracking is not available for the appraisals triggered through Standard Appraisal.
