Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

i want to upgrade from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.4 using Interoperability Notes Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.0 or 12.1with Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0) (Doc ID 1058763.1).

when applying patch 8623536, adpatch fails:
