PC_GL_TO_PC - Process\ PC_DISTRIB_STATUS

We are running process PC_GL_TO_PC to bring all the GL Lines into project costing with Analysis type "ACT" (Table Name : PROJ_RESOURCE). But the process only brings GL lines which has PC_DISTRIB_STATUS  "N"

in the record name JRNL_LN.  Journal lines with PC_DISTRIB_STATUS "I" is not selected.

Please advise on how to bring all GL lines into PROJECT COSTING, Or how can we have PC_DISTRIB_STATUS update to 'N'.
