Installing 12.2.0.1 Ebusiness suite on top 12c cluster with RAC enabled on sun solaris 10 64 bit. Getting error

RCR-1119 : Failed to look up CRS resources of database type

PRKC-1137 : Unable to find Version object with string value 12.1.0.1.0
