Cross validation rules not restrict the CCID creation

Hi,

We have a case where  the cross validation rule has been created to accept the natural account with cost centre value always. Say this has been created on 15-Dec-2010, but today if we create the code combination which is not having the valid or expectation of cross validation rules, system is allowing to create the combination without any issue...  Pls. suggest on this issue.

As per our view,

We have checked the CV rules before the CCID Creation date, means it should not allow to create the CCID, but it fails and allowed to create the ccid.
