Triggers for Batch Workflow policy

Hi,

We have created work flow policies on Service Request to Notify customer service and escalate if not processed in certain period.

So workflow policies which does Notifications will be in one group and the workflow policies which does escalation are in another group.

Both types of policies have different conditions and different actions.

And two Workflow monitors has been created for both groups with Group Name = 'relevant group name' and Use Monitor Agent = false.

For Batch Policy group Workflow Monitor we set Batch parameter to TRUE.

And we have around 20 workflow policies and all of them share atleast two conditions. So when ever record gets created or updated, records getting created for all of the policies. So if 1 record gets created there are atleast 4 records getting created in S_ESCL_REQ.
