Is Doc ID 1999231.1 only impacting Siebel OpenUI framework ?

Hi,

Is Doc ID 1999231.1 about CPU April 2015 only impacting OpenUI release ?

We are using a non-openUI framework (we use the ActiveX 8.2.2.1 release) and it seems the issue highlighted on Doc ID 1999231.1 only impacts OpenUI framework, but it is not explicitly marked.
